I still have Jaws 18 and it also does this. You can fix it by hitting
Jaws key plus escape whenever it happens.

I haven't done a lot with the group policy editor but when I have I've
found it works well enough. It's really just another MMC snap-in. And
MMC in general works well enough, it is somewhat unstable

Yep, fsclient is generally very nice. Its more accessible than most
voip clients for the desktop. I also use bria mobile on the phone,
the latest version is a bit quirky, but still
