You should be able to pick IE and FX, by going to files Alt F, then to settings, to import.

I need an importing bookmarks lesson as well. When I see import bookmarks, the only browser I see if Edge and I don't want Edge but Internet Explorer bookmarks to be imported.

Try F-6. Also try f-6 and shift tab twice for other imported book marks. Browsers are like screen readers, you may need to try more than one to see which works best for current task.
