I plugged in the ear plugs today and I alt tabbed like you did and I could choose head phones. In Windows 7 that screen came up automatically.

I have now set Firefox as my default web browser so I can really work with it, but so far it is working very well and the slight sluggishness seems to be gone with the May Jaws update and Firefox

What about choice of browser? Which browser did you use or have you tried all 4 (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE)? How about turning off the virtual cursor and tabbing to that radio button?
