Could you use page breaks? I think the keys for this are shift enter, but I’m not sure/haven’t used them. Sorry, I couldn’t help more.

alt+p, then b places you in a submenu of things you can break--columns, pages, sections, etc.

Going away from gmail will not make much difference, if you don't want to be tracked then sell your smartphone, computer and any other possibly connected devices you have, then buy only in stores

entire screen, but be aware doing this will allow JAWS to review
background gibberish that's behind the dialog. you will need to do
