I mean no offense, but are you sure that wasn't user error in some way, I have never heard of a password manager "forgetting" a password. Of course if somehow the password gets reset and it's not

I had a lot of my username/passwords in Braille in a rolodex on my desk, but with so many accounts one accumulates, it can quickly become an impractical thing to maintain. I still have certain things

my problem with last pass is it kept forgetting the stored passwords on some web sites so i stopped useing them and went back to a text file thats not on the computer.

My passwords are on a thumb drive and I only plug it in long enough to retrieve the login info. I think it would be dumb to leave the drive plugged in! And these password managers, what happens if

i would use both a password manager and the text document.
i have used last pass for one and on some web sites it kept forgetting the saved password i had for these sites. so i went back to a text

If you are not using a password manager then the safest option for us blind folks would probably be a list of passwords with their corresponding user names and websites or purposes in braille and

You should in theory have different passwords for each separate account. Thus making the use of a password manager that much more important. That and password mamangers are usually going to have other
