Did you ask Kevin why you should stay with Windows 7? There are definitely some changes but it seems much more like Windows 7 than Windows 8 did.

My tech person, who works for an agency for the blind, helped me order my new computer.
He said I have the license for Windows 10 but that he asked the seller that Windows 7 be installed.

This has been an issue with Outlook 2016 since I don’t know when. Don’t recall this being a problem with Outlook 2010. I’ve gotten in the habbit of arrowing back and forth once before clicking

open word, alt+f=file,
now press, the letters, d&r,
enter on update now!
not sure if office2013 has updates.

but, the office2016 and perhaps the office2013, keeps updating, which evidently breaks something in jaws.

This is very disheartening. With the number of us having this problem, it would seem to me JAWS is what needs to be fixed. On another computer I have Office 2010 and this does not happen.
