As far as I know Jaws 16 does not work with Chrome, but if you don't get a definite answer just call Freedom Scientific. If you are a Jaws user you won't be able to stay on 16 forever, Jaws 2018

You would get an ip address on the work network, so if you had a file server you could get files off of it, but you cannot run programs that way. You may need both a vpn and the remote desktop
