The upgrade is for jfw18. If you want to upgrade to jfw2018, you need
two upgrades and youhave to pay for it.

If you are using win10:
Microsoft has changed the console window. I hope screenreaders can
support this in future.
You can use the old stile and then the screenreader will read as normal.

Win 10 changed the way this is accessed. Right now Narroator is the only screen reader that works with the new interface.
