You're quite welcome. Those are standard Outlook shortcuts that I believe work in all versions of MS-Outlook, but definitely 2010 and later.

I don't know the specific shortcut keys but I can get you there with arrow and tab.
1. With Open Book started, press ALT to get the File menu.
2. Right arrow over to Launch.
3. Down

It really pays to learn as much as possible about navigating browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome should all be the same). FS has the Surfs Up website which can be used to learn this.

i don't know if this makes a difference. but 55 and up now uses 2 c p u cores instead of 1
also in about 3 months none of your add ons will work anymore unless the authors update them to the new
