I believe I know the answer, since that was also my situation. I am betting your friend is using Windows Live Mail. For some reason, Microsoft never bothered to change the program name that comes up

I am far and away, no expert. To my understanding, one can create a frame, which is a rectangular section of the screen, they can be set to do various actions. For example, jaws may watch

Hmm! How weird, but I’ve found a way around it, for now. I just delete the message and go into the next one, hitting my up arrow first thing. This usually works; I don’t get the previous message

Signature is set under alt t for tools then account setting. To unthread , press alt v for view menu, then arrow to thread submenu and check all and make sure all else is not checked. .
