I use the Context Menu in Outlook, for example to direct to
a mailbox or to Junk Mail. So, I'm not sure what the problem
you had with the Context Menu not working in Outlook.

1. Hit enter on the message containing the sender’s address that you would like to add.
2. Press alt 1 twice quickly to move Jaws focus

I was not in a tandem session, but when I pressed the applications key the
context menu did not open, it did however when I pressed the right mouse
button on the numpad.

I am not getting the add to contacts option in my context menu , I have to
select and copy the address, and pres control shift C to get the create a
contact dialog; Win 10, Jaws 18, Outlook 2016.

which runs on a local PC or the subscription based version,

Have you called Microsoft Accessibility to ask for help with some of the problems, e.g. the Windows+M not working, your Outlook issue etc.?
