Unfortunately LinkedIn has become more problematic with JAWS. I haven't made any profile changes lately but the design of LinkedIn has changed and there are labeling problems with some of the buttons

What you say is true for Windows 8 and later. Under Windows 7 Windows Defender remains an antimalware scanner only to this day and Microsoft Security Essentials is the Microsoft

Thank you. I had the box for all users checked. It is now unchecked. That is what was checked when I loaded the program. Since I am the only user, I didn't think it would make any difference. I

If it were me, I'd call Microsoft Accessibility: 1-800-936-5900
They could remote in to your computer and figure out what is going on.

Assuming you're using it from the keyboard, I think the space bar should activate the item under the touch cursor. If that fails try enter.
