I recently asked a similar question elsewhere and Windows Defender was
recommended as an accessible solution that could also be used in conjunction
with MalwareBytes to perform manual scans.

I tried Malware bytes a while ago, and to me, it didn't seem that accessible. How accessible and Jaws friendly is it now?
Question #2: Will Windows Defender run with Windows 7?

Dave,
I just installed Chrome to check it out and it does seem very useable now on Windows 10 with Jaws 18.
At least, for quick searches, which is all I have done thus far.
