If I remember correctly, after JAWS17 any JAWS installation from version 15 and earlier will not allow version 17 and later to run correctly. It is best and recommended to remove version

Have you tried resetting the advance settings in internet options. It is the last tab. If that doesn’t work try resetting internet explorer

It may be just IE 11.
Have you tried Mozilla FireFox?
I use it exclusively these days. IE ends up doing too many odd things along with with eating CPU resources.

Question about uninstalling an older version of JAWS
Hi, I just downloaded and installed J 18.0. So now I have J12, J16 and J18 on my laptop. I want to uninstall my J12. So when I went into programs and opened up J16, there was an option to uninstall.

BTW: you should only have one anti virus program that stays running. If you have more than that, it’ll cause all kinds of problems.

I ran a Malware scan a couple of weeks ago …… nothing found at that time. Is Windows defender something I need to run a scan to check for this or does it automatically do this for me? I don’t

open chrome then press alt. Arrow down to book marks then right arrow then arrow down to import book marks and settings click on it.
