I understand a third party has developed a set of JAWS scripts to make QuickBooks accessible, but I have not personally used them. As I understand it, the scripts sell for about $200.

I am glad you got it working. I had no difficulty, but I am running windows 7 and excel 2007.

On my machine, Jaws 18, Windows 10, Office 365, it pops up at start up, announces itself, and that is about it. I find no interference after that.

Are you saying that you have both avast and defender running at the same time here?
You should only have only one anti virus running at any one time not both togethernfor a start

I've been told that the only way Jaws can read in this situation is if the server that runs this program also has Jaws installed and the two link.

Chrome works very well with Jaws for the most part. It is much faster than IE and I prefer it over

I use it 90% of the time problem free, but I am in a teaching environment where I need to know all of the browsers in order to teach them. It works pretty much the same as FF or IE IMO, ha, ha.
