Annabelle, If you have installed and licensed JAWS version 15 on a computer, you can install previous versions of JAWS On that computer using the same ILM authorization key, no need to authorize any

Insert/control/alt/C and then arrow across the roe where your column headers are and press enter at the end and you will have assigned the header lables so JAWS will read the column titles throughout

To make it simple right click on the recycle bin and select properties then tab through to the check box to show a dialog box when deleting files. Then apply then ok job done!
