Maybe you can let VFO, or a locally-authorized representative thereof, do an analysis of your system, if it's important to you. It might be as simple as a Tandem session.

The system is called Revation Communicator. I think it's proprietary.
From what I gather, JAWS is there to read the database and follow my lead of what I need to look up or read on the computer.

I used e-fax several years ago.
You receive an e-mail with information on incoming faxes and an link to
retreive it.
At that time they used .TIF format but their software was easy to use.

I use MyFax, personally, and find it quite useable. The website's very
accessible. Of course, you'll need some kind of OCR ability if you intend to
receive faxes, as like most companies they send them
