For me the size column is only filled for drive or file nodes, not
folders. The properties method will work for folders as well.

In File Explorer, make sure you're using the Details View. Move the selection to the file you're interested in, then use right-arrow until you reach the "size" column.

Hello everybody. After working on this issue with the Microsoft Accessibility Answer Desk, I know what actually happens. When JAWS hangs up, I lose speech and Braille, JAWS is actually still running.

as for the explorer question, do you have the view set to detail? if so,
I believe you should be able to simply right arrow to it, or it may also
involve using the Windows classic theme.

have the goldwave scripts installed, there are keystrokes to see
where the markers are.
