Don't worry, tab is alive and well.
I was the one who posted that to which you refer, but I was referring to just one situation. I found that if I kept tabbing, I would miss 2 of the 3 buttons in this particular group. I just happened

Loss of tabbing in Windows 10?
Hi,
A few days ago, some one stated that in Windows10 and JAWS 17 or 18 ? the use of the tab is replaced by the arrow keys.
Seriously? I do not use Windows 10 but wish to bring this up.

The only problems that I have had with Jaws and Office 365 is with
Outlook 2016, because of course, I was automatically upgraded to
Office 2016.
I have duplicated this behavior on four computers.

Turning off speech for modifier keys
Hello all,
How do I turn off speech for modifier keys? For example when I press alt-tab, ctrl-tab or windows-d etc. I don’t want to hear it.
I know I have seen this somewhere, but now can’t

JAWS scripts
So with Window eyes you had aps that you could download and install. Is it the same thing with jaws scripts? Where can I learn more about scripts?
Thanks

Ted,
If it's reasonably easy to describe how and when you use the touch cursor when using VLC I'd love to hear about it. This is an area of JAWS that I still don't feel entirely comfortable

Oops, sorry. VLC is a really cool open-source media player and a program that can make use of the touch cursor. It just may be the best player on the market, commercial or otherwise.
