I figured the problem out. After the latest Windows update my computer was set to only run aps from the microsoft store so it would not allow me to run the Jaws .exe file. I changed to allowing aps

Hi, Don. I suspect that Microsoft may need to go into your registry and remove entries for JAWS, as well as some files under the folder, AppData.
Why not try calling them at:

Well, it is a short solution until creator fix some issues. Microsoft always has been more efficient fixing bugs than apple because Microsoft has very good business with the US
