I don’t' even get that. I've tried two separate headsets with one 3.5MM plug and with one, there's no audio and the other, the sound continues to go through the laptop's speakers. No pop-up or

if you go in to the view menue, right arrow on sort by and check thread instead of unthread the messages show up. however, your messages aren't in list view any more. they are in

I plugged in some regular headphones and the audio does come through. I don’t know if it’s because of the other headset having a boom mic, but when I plug that one in, there’s no audio what so
