If you are referring to where all the default sounds are kept, go to the
following;
C:\WINDOWS\Media
This is for both XP & Windows7. Hope this helps. Take care.

Yes, Ann, but only for all applications. You'd need to set up a voice
profile for use of a particular punctuation setting with a specific
application.

While in JAWS 12, I just tested whether a new insert-v punctuation setting
would hold after exiting and returning to Outlook 2003. It didn't. Other
listers and I have found the same thing in
