If a word appears 5 times in your document it will be followed by the number 5. This is very useful to find out what is

Those words are the words which are in that document window, in this case, your email. If the word, John, is in the message, once you pull up the word list press the letter J, the name john will show

I have never really used this word list feature. When I press Insert+Control+W it brings up a list of items (95 in total), some of them are things like jFW (13), Groups (11) and so on. What does that
