Done a complete reboot? Have you tried JAWS with Eloquence, to see if that works?
It might turn out that you need to update your TripleTalk driver, or reinstall it on your SSD.

JFW on ssd laptop won't recognize TripleTalk
I had an SSD put in my Toshiba laptop, and everything reinstalled.
I then upgraded from JFW 17 to 18.
Connecting the TripleTalk USB64 to the USB port, it shows up in Device Manager, it shows up in

Good stuff, but, if you’re a belt-and-suspenders type, keep your original container handy. In the case of 2013, it’s just a little thing like a mini album jacket.

Give it a couple tries. I find that the keystroke can dump me into the
ribbon, but when I escape from the ribbon, the drop down menus are there.

I am not aware of any method easier for the blind than the
applications key. You are certainly right that clicking the column
label is not particularly easy for us.
