Re: A different way to review track changes
That's the word from Escalation at Freedom Scientific or whatever it is called now.
I plan to give JAWS 18 a try when I have some free time.

Hmm, I haven't investigated jaws 18 as yet, but if the track changes
problem is really fixed it would make it worth the price of admission.

On particularly large and complex documents, windows + shift + r and windows + ; are not reliable.
Often, one gets "no revisions."

Re: A different way to review track changes
Sadly, I tried this. When I hit enter on revisions, it told me there were none. I am working around it, not ideal, but at least I am getting through it.

A different way to review track changes
Hi All,
The string of notes on this topic used only the insert shift r command, which is new to me. The way I pull up revisions is with the windows key plus the ;. This brings up 4 items, comments,

Re: track changes, is there only one way to pull up a list of changes in a document?
In my case, frequently it seems to be related to the size of the
document. For example, I was working with a rather long document of
around 400 pages. Everything worked fine for the first 150 pages

And, one of the most frustrating things is, it doesn't always happen. Sometimes there are no issues and I can pull up a list of revisions with no problem.

2010. But the problem exists in 2013 as well and has been around for a
while. FS doesn't seem to care since I've reported the problem
repeatedly and nothing ever gets done about it.

I've seen that problem. You know there are revisions but jaws just
doesn't recognize them. So frustrating!
What I do to work around the issue is set up hot keys for previous and

This is a really helpful set of instructions. Sadly, I tried using the windows key and ', and I get the same message when I select revisions. It says there are no revisions in the document - UGH

Wow, I love such quick responses.
First, I did go to the ribbons and turn on track changes, so that is not the issue.
Second, I did try the command for list reviewers comments, and that works

There is a spot in the ribbons where you need to turn track changes on for them to be reconised.
I will look for you when I have some time
