Re: Using Drives Through File Explorewr
Hi Sieghard,
I don't know. Never thought of that. I know her system is a Dell and I'm guessing is one of their newer models. I know mine is a Surface Pro Three that I bought about two years ago.

Re: How to insert a 1-digit fraction into a 2013 word document
Same here and I have had PDF files where I heard this what sounds like “vulgar” in front of numbers or text, very annoying.

Re: Using Drives Through File Explorewr
Hi Les,
Are these USB 3.0 drives? Are you plugging them into USB 3.0 ports? If so, try plugging them into a USB 2.0 port and check File Explorer to see if they now shows.

Sieghard

I did as you instructed. Now JAWS reads it as:
vulgar fraction one third
Is there a significance to hearing "vulgar fraction" before the symbol?

Does anyone here use OpenDrive with the free option? How does it work with JAWS, without using the desktop application? Is it necessary to log in to upload files etc?
Thank you.

I do that too. And with JAWS 17, you have to go through the
O synmbols to get to one half and one fourth.
Bye for now,
Carolyn
