Or you can just convert that into simple txt document using AbbyFineReader.

Have you tried the PDF OCR feature in Jaws? While in the PDF file hit, Insert plus Space Bar, after the sound hit letter O for OCR, and D for document.

Sandra, you really shouldn't use 2 or more antivirus programs because they will conflict with each other, on the other hand, having 1 or more antimalware program such as for spyware and other nasties

Thank you for this information …… fortunately I didn’t have to do that. I ended up going to the recycle bin and restored those files back to downloads and my documents is working again (Yay)
