Once JAWS is open, go to help, then startup wizard. Run this and check the appropriate boxes to enable it coming up automatically when you boot up.

Hi, Carolyn. Quick Keys should always be off in Word, and always on on the Internet with your Internet browser. There is no happy medium. The only place you need to type on the internet is in a combo

In windows 10 go to search and type uninstall programs hit enter when you land on uninstall programs. From here you should get a list of the program on your PC. Select the JAWS version you wish

It is just as simply as you say to uninstall JAWS. I think that JAWS also puts an Uninstall item in its folder in the Start Menu as well, but I could be wrong about that.
