Gary,
Agree. It's not so much which router, but how well the user interface works.
That's why I like the 2Wire Gateway and the simple setup web interface.

Cy,
I agree that the 2Wire is excellent, unless it dies a year and a half after installation, out of warranty, of course. I especially liked the statistics it gave on my line, convincing me that

Oops, poor old JAWS let me down the garden path - again.
I thought you said
"AT&T". (LOLLLOLLLOL)
Net Gear is also good so far as I know.
I usually use the Lynxis.

Re: getting a router
I would use the AT&T Two Wire so that any problems would be on the AT&T end.
Sure stops the finger pointing. (LOLLLOLLLOL)

Re: getting a router
Oh yes, if you are using AT&T they do have an excellent router, it is called
Two Wire and works very well with their DSL service.

I'm using a 2-Wire Gateway, and you didn't mention if you were using DSL or
Cable.
The 2-Wire web interface for setting it up is very accessible with JAWS.

You'd better know it. I've been a Medicaid customer service rep and
