It's a 15 inch screen, but when I do what Brian said to do with the control plus numpad plus all is well for him then.

When you get the message that Maximize is unavailable, this means that the screen is already maximized. Also, if you press, F11, this puts the screen in Full Screen mode, & this mode

No matter which one you're using generally CTRL+Num Pad Plus will increase the size/magnification of a web page being displayed and
