if you can't download it, select the address, copy the address to the clipboard, paste it and change the dl=0 to dl=1, and follow as usual to open, save or cancel. if you can't play it, try opening it

You can't tandem into a newer version of JAWS than the one you have running. So if you're running 14, you can't tandem into a 17 machine. But if you're running 17, you can tandem into a 14 machine.
