Has FS taken it off the persona non grata list. Last time I fooled with it, it posed some real problems; I once needed sighted help to get the PC going again.

Downloading File in IE 11
When JAWS gives you the prompt of either saving or opening the download, press alt s to save, or alt o to open. Easy as pie!

When the screen pops up for save or open you need to press alt + N and then
if for some reason you want to just save it you can then open it from your
downloads by pressing cntl + J.
