I just tried creating a folder in Word. I went to My Documents, hit the
applications key and arrowed down. I never got a New command. Does anyone

I have never tried the desktop app. I just use the website with Winamp as my player. Hope that helps.

I currently use the Das Keyboard (USB only). It is clicky, extremely
durable ( a must as a medical transcriptionist) and has 2 additional USB
ports on the back for charging other USB

nvda vs. jaws
I should add that I don't find live365 any better using ie or chrome. I use nvda for my main screenreader and only switch to jaws if I want to virtualize the current window to copy and paste a dialog
