You may need to change the way the function keys work. By default they are used as media keys and you have to press and hold fn key to get a standard function key. However, you can change this

I find that some functions work better on V16 while others work better on V15.
And if you have clients with problems, you may need to test on different versions.

Update on My Focus Issue with Outlook 2013
Yesterday, I reported that when launching Outlook 2013, rather than reaching
the Inbox, focus was lost and I had to Alt-Tab away from that window to
refocus the Inbox. Since Office 2010 was removed,
