I have not had that issue, but I am having issues with quick keys in Word.
Sometimes the cursor does not respond when I press H for the next heading
until I arrow down 1 line, and then

Come to think of it, we still run 2010 and 16 here at the office--talk about overlooking the obvious! Despite Microsoft's offering 13 at dime store prices, we've never changed. It works fine.

Have you tried to rebootjaws to see if that would help the problem? Jaws key + windows key + F4
One of my clients had a problem with Outlook and this fixed the problem even after trying to restart and

I have many clients who are running JAWS 16 and Word 2010. None of them have
reported problems like this. Believe me when I say that I'd be hearing about
it if they were.

Hi, I suggest your repair Microsoft Word. It is not going to hurt. It was simply narrow down what the problem is. What version of jaws do you have?

Why don't they want to do a repair? As I recall, that Office utility is pretty easy to work with, although I haven't used it since 2007.

cannot delete any of my messages. Unfortunately, I have not found a
