Gregg, and I checked before answering, with Office 2010, it is, as it was with 2003, Alt Delete, and it will tell you where you are on the page and on the line. In other words, something like one inch

JAWS Key plus Delete on the NumPad. For this command to work, NumLock must be off.

The practical impact is that if you want to look for something on a webpage, it's better to use Control plus F to find the content. There will usually be more in that buffer than in the screen buffer
