Hello Rob! I've seen this before. If you go under your device manager, and
select display adapters, you will probably see the Freedom Scientific mirror
display driver. I would remove it, and also

In case it suggests other paths to a solution, I am finding Outlook 2010 stable and reliable, and this has been true through all recent versions of JAWS. I know it isn't true for all people on this

I have been having the same issue of multiple versions of JAWS and I
don't remember using the command given either. I have been known to
hit the wrong keys at times though.

You probably should. I'm sorry, that I forgot to tell you to tab to OK, once you checked "Start JAWS". I think they might be busier and more challenged than ever, but I find them helpful when I call

I don't recall a prior discussion. I find a new instance occurs after I've pressed the JAWS key+Win key+F4 command.

Don't forget that Ctrl Alt J will work only if you first set it up on your
machine; it is not enabled by default when you install JAWS.

Mirror display driver not installed correctly
Hi,
I reset Windows 7 PC to factory settings.
jaws 14 will not install display driver, I did a repair on j14 and installed j15 with no luck.
I even installed jaws 16. and get the same message after

Thank you for the instruction so the box is check so I unload jaws again
then I waited for 1 minute then I follow all the keystroke command jaws
still not restart to come back on either

When jaws unload I did press ctrl + alt + j jaws didn't come on I heard
ding sound I went to desktop press letter j and it's still not come on
either er so I had to shut down the computer even

For one thing, with many computers, the JAWS command to come on is Control Alt J. If you'll -
1 hit Insert J;
2. the first thing will be Options;
3. Arrow down to the next, Basics;
4. Enter on
