The SSD is fine, but you might want to ask about the processor, graphics card, battery life, and the sound card. Some of the sound cards make JAWS seem like it is stuttering. Bill White

After such warm words from you and Andre, I hate to admit that I neglected to say my instructions apply to Outlook 2010. I hope they work in other email applications, too.

I select All and hit Shift Control Delete, and they go completely away out of the computer, as far as I can tell - not in Deletes, not in Recycle, but gone. It will ask me if I want to permanently
