Go to this page and do a jaws search for bug. It finds the first couple ocurences then goes to sleep and the third search with jawskey+f3. I could duplicate this every time. BTW: I'm on that page

There may be, but why do you want to do this? To me, it makes perfect sense that JAWS reads comments in a different voice, as it makes it easier to distinguish them from the body of the main text.

I don't remember any accessibility problems, but it once quarantined my volume control! I discontinued using it when I began experiencing update problems, but would consider trying it again.

My guess is that you're probably pressing insert + S. Just press it a couple more times until you hear JAWS say "highlighted". That should solve your problem.
