why your computer freezes sometimes. Mine does the same thing, and it can
be annoying.

Tom, all call centers are different in terms of the types of applications that they use. Some platforms are more complicated than others. I've seen JAWS work really well in some call center

Word. I mean the actual first letter of the item you want. Also, you have to

Keith, with Office 10, I have copied a list and have it in a pull-out drawer at hand. I was so familiar with so much in Office 2003, but when I got this ribbon deal, well, I just had to keep my notes
