I just tried the normal keyboard method, moving with the arrow keys
while holding shift, and the text was selected and ctrl+c copied it.

2000 seems like a very unlikely limit. It's not a computer number. 2048 would be more believable.
Yet it still baffles me why there would be a limit at all, as JAWS should simply allocate more RAM to

That seems unlikely that I would then always have problems at exactly
2000 entries shared between the user and shared file.

The size of the dictionary depends upon the number of characters
entered in the dictionary including spaces.

Soronel, when you reached the limit, did Jaws start to lag a bit in responding to typing, and did either jdf become corrupted?
do you know if the limit also includes entries concerning other languages

I don't know for certain but I'd be surprised to find out that there is any limit at all, other than the limits of the resources of your own computer system.
