Yes, the Jaws find is the way to go. Control-F is known not to work for us
with pdf documents. It works for the visually equipped, though.

Carlos, I have seen JAWS work well in call centers. It really depends on the company, and the applications that they use. For example, some call centers make you log into your phone, using software.

it will override 1.75 and there are no scripts for it. i have been sticking with 1.75 myself because i couldn't get the new one to work either.
