Do read an image file, you need to use the JAWS OCR function. Press Jaws
Key plus spacebar, followed by the letter O, and then either the letter S
for screen or D for document. If you're using JAWS

This means the file as an image. Screen readers cannot read images. You must use optical character recognition software to convert the file to an editable format before Josquin read it.

Accessing PDF files

I try to open a file in Adobe PDF acrobat reader. It says empty document. Is there anyway I can access this file with John's? Please help

Is the spreadsheet protected? If xo go to ghe file tab, activate info tab press tab to enable editing and press enter to unprotect it.

Sometimes unloading/reloading JAWS will fix the problem. If not, try restarting the computer.

If you want something more powerful, the Lenovo Yogas are good too. I have
one and really like it. Perhaps not quite as light as the surface, but it's
a very good and powerful computer.
