started charging me automatically after the end of the trial. I don't know

If you accidentally switched to reading layout view, which JAWS does not
support, press alt control p to switch back to print layout.

Possible that the document is just an image pasted into Word? How was the
document created? Was it imported from a PDF file, perhaps?
Have you tried using Convenient OCR on it to see if it reads

Also sometimes if all else fails. Put the cursor on the button, link or
executable. Then turn off JAWS. Then just hit enter. Wait a moment and
turn JAWS back on.

I have found that doing a find for "frame end" with out the quotes will skip the gibberish.
Not a solution but it does help getting by that stuff.
