I doubt it. On a desktop, you would press the right mouse button to bring up the menu with open. Wouldn't that be the case with a laptop, too?

I simply opened outlook, then I used the insert+6 on the num row. Again,

Here is an answer I found on a prior message
1, open IE,
2, insert+6 on the numbers row,
this opens up the IE jaws settings center,
3, now in the search edit box type in;
element,
this should find

I have just had to reinstall jaws after my pc went tits up, its a long story !!!

Also, you should hear JAWS announce a line number value. When you hear this
value press keyboard key J and type in the value you heard and press enter.
