Sorry Lauren, but these things are nearly, without exception, extremely difficult to understand. I'm afraid there's no practical advice as such to overcome the poor quality of the audio.

If you use Firefox, then get Web Visum. It'll solve most captchas for you at the touch of a button.

1. Open menu tools and choose options.
2. In the first opened field you just write or paste the web pages addresses. You press enter after each address.
