While in Windows Live Mail, what is the keystroke to receive mail? Right now mail is received when WLN opens and every so often thereafter. What is the keystroke

MMM, that's interesting. F6 should let you save if you don't want to tab
around the choices, save in a different format and choose the location for
your files.

Try using the key stroke insert plus the tab key. The insert key should stay engaged while you press the tab key once. This should give you feedback.
