yes... you can disable it from starting up in either msconfig or if you use ccleaner you can disable it in the start up list. then just enter on your icon on the desktop to start it.

you can left click as soon as you hear those balloons. unless you extended the display before the balloons pop. there used to be a script that would get these balloons, but they worked only for JAWS
