1. While on the desktop press the F5 key to make sure that nothing is
selected.
2. Press the applications key, arrow down to Personalize & press enter.
3. You will now be in the Themes

I don't know, but I asked a sighted friend how he created and uploaded
files to his youtube account and it was long and complicated. I want
to record music and upload it and a friend on facebook

group and can't figure out how to switch over. Any suggestions how to do

That only takes jaws out of the alt-tab sequence but thanks for the interest.

Another JAWS glitch with outlook express
I've encountered some odd behavior with Outlook Express as well, and this
was present in both Jaws 5 and Jaws 12.
Sometimes when I open OE it opens on the message field, says there is no
message

Try setting Jaws to run from the system tray. That has worked for me for
several versions.

If you have a backup keyboard lying around, I'd try using it before doing anything radical. If you don't, they're not very expensive.
