And if jaws doesn't work I would suggest trying narrator, it might
well be good enough to accomplish a program uninstall.

nvda is your better bit but jaws should work - sort of, anyway, and in win 8 probably better than in previous windows versions because of the accessibility driver probided that can be loaded.

Doubt it. JAWS needs drivers loaded to function, and safe mode shuts down
most if not all drivers.

Hi Rob,
in the windows 8 apps, to move to the controls on the app bar or bars, press windows key + z. You can then move between the controls using tab and shift+ tab.

On many laptops, there is no application key, due to space restrictions.
Have you tried using shift+f10?

Um are you sure your hitting the right key? As far as I know the
aplication key is the aplication key no matter what OS your using.

I'm the worst person to offer advice but, for me, I save a file in My
Documents or on the Desktop, then when I want to attach, find the
attach button, then browse button, navigate to the "look in"
